Hyatt on the Bund in Shanghai is a conference hotel that caters to every business need. The meeting facilities at Hyatt on the Bund hotel in Shanghai, China offer 1,864 square metres of meeting and function space with two ballrooms and ten versatile smaller meeting rooms to cater to as many as 1,092 guests in one room. All of the meeting facilities at Hyatt on the Bund hotel in Shanghai, China have natural daylight making them conducive for conducting meetings, conferences and training sessions. Three function rooms, which include the two ballrooms, have outdoor terraces providing ideal areas for smokers. One boardroom can seat 24 people (Boardroom Style).
The two ballrooms are located on the lobby level, while the nine smaller meeting rooms are located one level up on the second floor. The Glasshouse, a circular-shaped meeting facility at Hyatt on the Bund hotel in Shanghai, China with almost 180-degree glass windows, is located on the mezzanine floor. It has an outdoor terrace of equal size with its own reception area and direct access to the car park. This special room is ideal for private events, as guests do not have to go through the hotel lobby to enter.
The second floor meeting rooms are serviced by a central Coffee Bar manned with banquet service staff throughout the duration of meetings being held in this area. The communal coffee bar allows meeting delegates to enjoy all-day coffee and tea service. Freshly brewed coffee from the coffee machines provides an added touch to our Meeting Services.
Twelve hotel elevators provide quick access to the meeting rooms from both the East and West Towers.
Three additional smaller meeting rooms that can seat as many as ten people in each room are located in the Bund Club area on the third floor of the East Tower. These rooms are strictly available to guests staying in the Bund Club Rooms. The meeting rooms are conveniently located across from the Bund Club Lounge, giving access to the Bund Club all-day coffee and tea service.
